Terms, refunds and privacy

Terms of service

• The service. An AI writing tool that generates marketing copy from your inputs. Usage is paid with credits; each generation shows its credit cost before you run it.
• Credits. Pack credits don't expire while your account is open. Studio plan credits are granted each billing period. Overage on the Studio plan is billed per credit at the listed price, up to the listed monthly cap, on your next invoice. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Failed generations. If a generation fails or the AI declines a request, its credits are returned automatically.
• Your content. You own what you put in and what you generate. You're responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, and for following the advertising, privacy and industry rules that apply to you.
• Acceptable use. No unlawful, deceptive or harmful content; no fake reviews or testimonials; no attempts to overload, scrape or resell the service.
• No guaranteed results. We don't promise any number of followers, bookings, sales or income.
• Third parties. Generations are produced by Anthropic's Claude models. Payments are handled by Stripe. Lusso Labs isn't affiliated with Meta, Google or TikTok.
• Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
• Governing law. The State of South Dakota.

Refunds

Unused credit packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Partly used packs can be refunded for the unused share. Studio plans can be cancelled any time and stay active until the end of the paid period; past periods aren't refunded. Email info@lussolabs.io.

Privacy

• We collect your email address, your brand voice details, your requests and generated text, your credit history, and payment records from Stripe. We never see your card number.
• We use it to run the service, show your history, bill usage, prevent abuse and provide support.
• We share it with Anthropic (to generate text), Stripe (payments), our email provider (sign-in links) and our host. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your content to train AI models.
• Don't paste customers' private information (full names, phone numbers, health details) into requests.
• Cookies: one essential sign-in cookie. No advertising cookies.
• Analytics. We measure visits with our own first-party analytics: no cookies, no advertising trackers, and no IP addresses stored. A visit is counted with a code that changes every day, so you can't be followed from one day to the next. If you arrive from a campaign link, your browser keeps that campaign name (for example "instagram") for up to 30 days so we can tell which posts and ads work. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: with either turned on, nothing is recorded.
• Your choices: email us to export or delete your account and content.
