FAQ

What's a credit?

One credit buys one standard generation of a caption, Google post, review reply or offer post, with 2–3 versions to choose from. Carousels and video scripts use 2 credits. Premium quality doubles the credits. The app shows the cost before you click.

Can it plan a whole week?

Yes. The Week planner writes 7 posts (one per day, across a mix of tips, proof, behind-the-scenes, community and one offer) for 7 credits. You can edit every post and copy it into your scheduler. And if a post isn't quite right, rewrite it in a different tone (friendlier, more professional, shorter, bolder or more playful) for 1 credit.

Do I have to fill in a long form?

No. Paste your website address or your Google Business profile text and we pre-fill your brand voice for you to check. It's free, and nothing is saved until you confirm.

Which AI does it use?

Anthropic's Claude models: Claude Sonnet for Standard quality and Claude Opus for Premium. We send your brand voice and your request; we don't use your content to train anything.

Will it make things up?

It's instructed to use only the facts you give it, never to invent reviews, prices, results or credentials, and to leave a [PLACEHOLDER] when something is missing. AI can still get things wrong, so always check before posting.

I bought the Lusso Content Engine. Does this replace it?

No, they work together. The Content Engine is the system and calendar; Live writes the posts for you on demand. Content Engine buyers will get a bonus credit code.

What if a generation fails?

If anything goes wrong on our side, or the AI declines a request, the credits go straight back to your balance automatically.
